We will select TWO businesses to participate in a 1-year program.
Eligibility
Project Elevate is exclusively designed for businesses that are majority-owned by underrepresented individuals, who have experienced disadvantages due to: race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender, or military affiliation.
To be eligible to enter a business in the program: 51% of leading executive(s) must be from the following underrepresented groups, categorized as:
African American/Black
Hispanic, Latin(a/o), & Latinx
Asian, Asian American, Pacific Islander, or Desi
Native American/Indigenous
Woman
Differently Abled
LGBTQ+
Veteran
To be eligible to participate in the program, the business must meet all the following criteria as of the first day of the program period:
Be owned by one or more of the underrepresented, as defined above
In business for less than 5 years
Have 10 or less employees
Ties to the community (employ marginalized individuals and/or support marginalized community efforts)
Never purchased national Disney Media, including HULU
Have annual gross income of $10M or less
The potential participants are subject to verification of eligibility by Disney Advertising, which may include completing associated documentation

Disney reserves the right to request applicants submit additional documentation as part of the application/vetting process. Eligible participants may be asked to participate in an interview (mode of interview [via Zoom, phone or in-person] in Disney’s sole discretion).
Disney will receive many applications to participate in the Project Elevate program and that these applications may include identical or similar ideas to those set out in my application;
Disney may already be working on projects (including projects with third parties) or may later decide to work on projects that are identical or similar to the ideas set out in my application and that nothing in my application can prevent or restrict Disney from working on any such projects;
Disney is under no restriction with regard to the companies it contracts with or invests in, or the products and services that it develops now or in the future; and
Creative ideas, suggestions or other materials I submit are not being made in confidence or trust and that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between me and Disney in any way, and that I have no expectation of compensation or consideration of any type.
